Hailing from the County Laois town of Wolfhill in Ireland, Howard committed his offences all across the country, from Ireland to Scotland, from Scotland to England and from England back to Ireland again.

We explore Howard's known cases, victims such as Hannah Williams and Arlene Arkinson, and uncover his long list of suspected victims over his criminal history spanning nearly five decades. Howard was the prime suspect in the disappearances of 21 year old Jo Jo Dullard from County Kildare, and 26 year old Annie McCarrick from County Wicklow.
