Maryam's illness seems to be incurable, but is her boredom really caused by the illness or could it be a sign of pregnancy? She is caught in an internal war; is this mysterious state the result of her fear of Omid and Zahra's secret romantic behavior or is she really suffering from these problems because of the pregnancy?

Omid takes good care of her love Maryam and tries to heal her with warm hugs and soothing kisses. But in the meantime, Zahra, who is like a wounded snake, holds a grudge against Maryam and the operator, and enters the house.
