A little less than 4 full days ago I planted these seedlings on my first live stream. while streaming was a learning process, my seedlings are sprouting at an amazing rate! I'm wondering if it's a little too quickly for them to be coming up this much.
The thing is that I ran out of my seedling soil mixed that I put together, so they have not been covered over with extra soil.
the very next day I immediately saw that some seeds had already been sprouting, in just 24 hours you guys.
especially the Radish ???? seeds. they were the first ones came to Life!
These are all varieties of vegetable seeds. I planned Radish, Swiss Chards, Kyles, Beet Roots, Spinach and some Iceberg Lettuce ????
these are all amongst the cold hardy crops, I do have some more type of Lettuce to start along with some Tomatoes ???? and others Vegetables Herbs and Spices. you name it!

The goal is to get a headstart so that I will have established seedlings to transplant outside as the winter weather gives. that is the mission!
l live in Lake County Illinois. a Zone ( 5b - 6) while all plants are safe to go outside, say around middle of May. there are plenty varieties of vegetables that are more cold hardy and can get a headstart right after your last frost date!
