In the harsh winter cold, Reyhaneh finally escaped a year of loneliness and the cruelty of her in-laws with the help of the operator. She tried to build a small shelter to protect her newborn, but a sudden storm destroyed everything.
The hut collapsed, the baby was left alone in the freezing cold, and Reyhaneh fell in the rain and lost consciousness.

When the operator arrived, he wrapped his jacket around her, brought her back to her child, and lit a small fire.
